STORY BEHIND THE DISH:
| INGREDIENTS: | |
| 2 cups fresh cranberries, coarsely ground | 1/2 cup chopped pecans |
| 3/4 cup sugar | 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved |
| 3 cups miniature marshmallows | 1/4 tsp salt |
| 2 cups chopped, unpeeled tart apple | 1 cup whipping cream, whipped |
DIRECTIONS:
Combine cranberries, marshmallows, and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add apples, pecans, grapes, and salt to the cranberry mixture. Stir well. Fold in whipped cream. Chill well. Makes 8-10 servings.
