STORY BEHIND THE DISH:

lt was fun to watch Aunt June and help her make these. She would make them at her home on 20th Street for family gatherings. We kids would run in and out the door to play, snatching them as they came from the oven.


INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg hot pork sausage
3 cups Bisquick
1 small brick sharp cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Grate cheese. Mix with other ingredients by working with hands. Form into small balls. Bake at 350 F for 20 - 25 min until golden brown. Can be frozen before baking.
