1/2 cup nuts (optional) |

cup sugar |

cup oil |

| 1-1/4 tsp soda | 2 cups finely grated zucchini |
| 1/4 cup cocoa | |
DIRECTIONS:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda, cocoa, & nuts in a bowl. Then add oil, vanilla, & zucchini. Mix by hand until moistened. Pour into a well greased pan (9" x 13"). Bake at 350 F for 25 min. Cool before cutting.
